Steve Innerfield, CSDS

Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Steve is the former Operations Director (and Partner) of Quality Shredding Corp. and the former Director of Technology Solutions Engineering for Pitney Bowes Management Services.  He has an MBA from University of Phoenix, earned nights while developing the shredding division for Pitney Bowes Management Services.  Steve is the former Chairperson of NAID’s Certification Support Committee, was named NAID 2016 Member of the Year, and is currently on the i-SIGMA Government Affairs committee. Tobi and Steve founded Quality Shredding working out of their house with one small mobile shredding truck and sold their business 7-1/2 years later as a successful plant-based and mobile NAID-AAA Certified Shredding company which serviced the entire Metro New York Tri-State Area. Steve manages the Programming Team and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and of Q-Shred. 

Tobi Innerfield, CSDS

Account Manager and Data Specialist

Tobi is the former President of Quality Shredding Corp.  Tobi’s undergrad degree was in Industrial Technology and her Masters was in Religious Education.  At Quality Shredding Tobi directly managed both Sales and Administration and had her hands on every aspect of the business, right down to driving and operating Shred Trucks when she had to.

Here at ShredMetrics Tobi manages customer relationships.  She also really, really knows her way around QuickBooks, so takes on the QuickBooks related and invoicing questions.  Because of her her detail-oriented background Tobi runs the data-normalization onboarding steps, and also is responsible for our GPS truck tracking and ELD products. Tobi also is responsible for our NAID-AAA Certification consulting support.

Tobi has been active on the NAID Conference Committee for several years.

Roy Walker

Technical Support Manager

 Roy has 20+ years’ experience in the Security, Financial, and Risk Management industries and is Six Sigma certified in Information Technology. Roy is responsible for managing our network of AWS Servers, as well as our extensive data backup system which secures your critical data at three levels: with aggressive backups within AWS, then to our onsite RAID Array, and finally, to an independent backup kept isolated from the internet. Roy’s expertise is also available to assist with downloads and initial new-client implementations. 

Alyssa Ramos, CSDS

Customer Experience Manager

Alyssa manages the ShredMetrics Help Desk, answers your questions, and trains new Users. She is an experienced veteran of the Shredding Industry, having worked in Customer Service, Sales, Dispatching, and even on a Shred Truck when she needed to!
