Shred School, hosted by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), is recognized as the data destruction industry’s go-to sales training program. The annual fall workshop teaches shredding professionals how to best market and sell under current regulations and beat the competition. With COVID-19 creating travel complexities, NAID has made the workshops more accessible than ever by making this year’s event a virtual one.

The curriculum includes actionable steps to improve business, sales best practices, marketing insights, data protection legislation, NAID program opportunities, and a special session on Routing Effectively for Profitability. This routing session will be held Tuesday, October 2020 at 3 pm EDT with Steven Innerfield, CSDS, and Tobi Innerfield, CSDS presenting. This dynamic couple has spoken at several past NAID events, lending their thought leadership on various subjects.
The Innerfields are former secure destruction service providers and are now owners of ShredMetrics, a firm specializing in optimized routing, tracking, and management software. During this educational session, they will explain to attendees how to improve and maximize routes and increase efficiency and capacity.
