Why We Care
Owners Steve and Tobi Innerfield successfully built a New York-based regional shredding company from the ground up and came to love the secure data destruction industry. Their own shredding company used the original version of Q-Shred® every day for 7-1/2 years. Anytime a Driver, Scheduler, or CSR had a good idea it was incorporated into the software. In 2019 they successfully sold their shredding company but felt it would be a shame to waste all of their experience… Thus, ShredMetrics was born with the goal of helping other shredding Owners run their businesses better. Since then, the ShredMetrics team has continued to add new ideas and enhancements to create the optimal cloud-based shredding management tool on the market. And our passion hasn’t waned.
