Steven Innerfield, CSDS, ShredMetrics Founder and Chief Technology Officer, has been asked to return as a trainer to the data destruction industry workshop, Shred School, for 2021. Innerfield will be pulling from his own experience as a service provider and sharing “How to Compete with Disreputable Competitors.”

According to Innerfield, his session will give actionable takeaways to allow attendees to overcome more disreputable competitors in the market. He will cover the importance of taking the high road, allowing the trade association to help with blatant claims of Certification by non-certified members, and how to sell on value, not on price, plus more.
