Steve Innerfield, CSDS is not just the founder and Chief Technology Officer of ShredMetrics. He is also a former volunteer firefighter. Pulling from this experience, he was able to share at the 2024 i-SIGMA Conference & Expo last week in a session addressing the subject of Plant and Truck fires. He was able to cover a serious topic that often gets swept under the rug – as if we were ashamed of it. With the amount of batteries, these occurrences are only getting worse, not better. The presentation left standing-room only as many attendees clamored to gather Innerfield’s captivating insights.
